Of the 112 single family homes and townhomes for sale only 21% are under $1 million. We are starting the year strong with 11 sales for the month of January with a median sales price of $720,000.
The Incline Village real estate market is still going strong, and with spring around the corner we should notice a substantial inventory increase as lots of homeowners are waiting for the warmer months to list their homes for sale.
